It’s easy to get caught up in the negativity around us, but what we focus on truly shapes how we feel and move through the world. That’s why we’re starting a weekly Walk of Gratitude every Friday morning—a 30–60 minute walk where we come together to share the good that’s happened over the past week. Life will always have its challenges, but this is our time to gently shift our focus, celebrate the positives, and lift each other up. No one ever complains about having too many good thoughts—so let’s make space for more of them, and grow that energy within ourselves and within our community.

This is a 7-week guided program where participants meet once a week online or in person. The structure of the program is designed to move your entire body with purpose and consistency. Each week focuses on a different area—legs & hips, hips & core, core & thoracic, thoracic & shoulders, shoulders & arms, neck & shoulders, and finishing with a restorative meditation. Whether you join us in person or online, this program goes beyond stretching—it’s about building strength, improving endurance, and staying motivated through the power of community. Together, we encourage growth, connection, and feeling better in your body week by week.

What is Root to Crown Meditation Bootcamp?

This is a 7-week guided program where participants meet once a week online or in person for four hours. The structure of this program is to dive several layers deeper, incorporating discussion and group team work on topics such as overcoming Fear, Past Hurts/Traumas and Challenges, Speaking your Truth and Being Heard, Setting and Upholding Boundaries, and Fostering Healthy Relationships for personal growth and empowerment We add in additional tools and  resources such as Kundalini Yoga, Guided Meditation, Holistic Nutritional Meals *for in person only*, workshops and group supports to support individuals in navigating these complex emotions and situations effectively. Together, we encourage growth, connection, and feeling better in your body week by week.


Cost: $495 in person, $395 online ***If purchased before May 15 save $100 on either in person or online***
